Here's what's included for the trip:
- Round trip Coach
transportation(Upgrades available) to Alpine Valley Amphitheatre
via 47 & 55 seat buses. Yes, they have bathrooms. We also have Limo-Buses
& Executive coaches available in different packages.
- Concert
ticket(With various seat levels available) for the Jimmy Buffett show.
We also have packages
available for those who already have their own concert tickets(See Silver
Packages)
- FREE FOOD, BEER, & Margarita "Wopatui".
Food consists of (1) brat & (1) burger per person,
plus all you can eat sides of different salads, munchies, appetizers,
and even low carb veggie wraps. Beverages will be Bud, Bud Light, MGD,
Miller Lite, and Margarita Wopatui, which is made from several different
kinds of Rum, Vodka, and fruit concentrates. We will have different
kinds of regular & diet soda, & bottled water available. We
suggest you bring some bottled water of your own, for on the bus, during
the tailgater, and for the ride home, because you may be very dehydrated
from the heat and alcohol. This is a safety warning. Drink Wopatui in
moderation. It tastes like punch, but has a very high alcohol content.
Many people have missed the concert, after drinking too much of this
in the past. Be carefull. We prefer you get sick outside of the bus,
if that happens.
- Private caterer
service. We provide and prepare all the food and beverage,
and It's served in "Tail- gate" style, at the Alpine valley
Parking lot. We have Restuarant workers from Madison, and students from
the Blackhawk Tech Culinary Arts classes cooking and serving the food.
The parking lot party goes from the time we arrive at Alpine, around
2:30 pm ,until about 6pm. The seperate beverage tent will stay open
till about 7pm. Once we arrive at Alpine, it may take 30-45 minutes
to set up and start serving beverages. Appetizers and munchies within
an hour. Burgers, brats, & sides, will be served within 1 1/2 to
2 hours after we arrive. Munchies & appetizers available as soon
as we set them up. This is approximate. We suggest you bring some of
your own beverages & munchies, to consume on the bus, as well as
for the time we are setting up. We think it's a good idea to have a
small cooler carry-on, for the bus, per person, and a larger cooler
for your group, under the bus. Space is limited under the bus, so please
try to limit & compact what you bring to a minimum amount of space.
-"Live"
entertainment at the Alpine Parking lot, usually by
"The Whaleshark", from Lahaina, Maui.
The WhaleShark is loved, everywhere he goes. He tours the states every
summer, to spread his tropical music and atmosphere. And, during the
cold months, he's captain
of a Charter vessel, waiting to be chartered, in
Hawaii. If you're a fan of the "Bob & Tom Show",
on radio around the country & the world, you'll love the WhaleShark.
He's truely talented. You'll be able to buy his T-shirts & CD's
at the Parrot Head Ball, and get info at the Alpine party too. We suggest
buying his "From Hell" CD. It's killer...... It's
time to PARTY LIKE A PIRATE, with
the WhaleShark !!!

Use Mall parking lot behind Damon's. Look for bus from Lamers Bus Lines.
Middleton, WI: Pick-up time (12:45 PM). Greenway
Station. Pick-up in Parking lot near Cheeseburger in Paradise.
We Do not park at, or wait for the buses at Cheeseburger in Paradise.
Look for a large, long, wooden structure that looks like a bus terminal,
and it divides the Cheeseburger lot from the rest of the stores. You
will park, and wait for the buses there. If you pull in, like you're
going to Cheeseburger, you'll see it off to the right. Cheeseburger
will be aware that you will be stopping in for food & drinks, and
will be properly staffed.
Milwaukee, WI: Pick-up time (1:15pm). Lake
Express Ferry dock. 2330 S. Lincoln Memorial Dr. Milwuakee, WI.
53207. They do have parking, but not sure how much. It worked fine for
those who drove there to catch the bus, but were not on the Ferry.
West Allis, WI: Pick-up time (12:30pm). Painted
Parrot Bar. 8028 W. National Ave. (414)257-1012. Use parking lot
across the street for pick-up, and parking. Big Friday night party there,
and the bar will be open at a special time Saturday for our bus people.
Lake Geneva,WI: Pick-up time will be (1:30pm).

Rockford, IL: Pick-up time (12:45 PM). Clock

Tower. Use East side parking lot for parking & bus pick-up. Don't
use front doors. Look for the bus....Lamers bus lines.
Janesville, WI: Pick-up time (12:45pm). Best
Western/Janesville Motor lodge. 3900 Milton Ave. Janesville,WI.
53546. (608)756-4511. Left side of hotel in parking lot. You'll be guided
by lot attendants on where to park. They will charge for parking, about
$5 - $7 per car.
Chicago, IL: See pick-up times for Van Galder
Bus Chicago/Ohare bus schedules. Take that bus from the terminal
they describe,at O'hare, to Janesville's bus station. Then, call Best
western for a shuttle van pick-up. You will have to wait until Sunday
morning before catching the bus back to Chicago. Shuttle vans run from
Janesville terminal from 9am - 1pm, Sunday from 8am - 1pm. See www.vangalderbus.com
for schedule info. Buy tickets from them, long before the concert date.
This is the best we can do for a Chicago pick-up this year....Unless
you have a ParrotHead Bar or Club we can pick-up at and advertise at.
Let us know.....We could set something up.
- Pre Tail-gate Party
at Best Western Janesville from 11am - 1pm, on the day of the concert
, with "Live" Entertainment by THE
WhaleShark . The party is held in
the Best Western Parking lot, on the day of the concert. You may bring
your own refreshments to this party, as it is a BYOB event. The Best
Western decided not to offer refreshments outside, upon failing to obtain
a special permit for the party. So come stocked and prepared.

We do have a pre-party on Friday night, before
the Saturday concert, known as The Parrot
Head Ball. The Parrot Head Ball
is moving to Lake Geneva, Wi this year.
It will be at Hemingway's Port of Call. N3270 county highway H. Lake geneva,WI 53147. (262) 348-1200.
There will be a shuttle bus pick-up for round trip transport to Hemingway's from Janesville Best Western,
starting at 5pm, 7pm, & 9pm. Return trips from Hemingway's back to Janesville start around 11pm, 12:30am, & 2am.
Shuttle cost will be $16 ahead of time, and $20 from the bus driver at pick-up until sold out.
The $16 charge(Or $20 the night of) for the Best Western to Hemingway's shuttle is for the bus cost, and will include the free door cover at Hemingway's.

free? ...Be a caterer, (will train), and get transport, food,
bev, and alcohol, for free. Must RSVP with Rob Dyson before event. (
Does not include concert ticket, although you could buy one in the parking
lot at a good price anyway). Work the tailgate party, for about 3 1/2
- 4 hours, and everything is covered. Eat, drink, and smoke, while working,
(must eat & smoke away from food area). We need people to replenish
salads, and hot food dishes, tap & serve beer, for our guests. Around
7pm, you can leave for the concert, or party in the parking lot for
free. All you can eat & drink for another 3 1/2 hours. Your choice
