We have never had actual events of violence, nor have we had many of the problems addressed within our policies. These policies are created & stated, not only for our protection, but for the protection of our guests, in the event any such problems may occur. They'll tell you about any complaints against us. Again, this is not meant to scare you, but to reassure you, that we fully intend to put on a safe, quality, fun filled event, as advertised, and do so in good faith, as we have since 1996, on our first year of service to the Parrot Head community. We serve people from all 50 states, U,S provinces, and a few other countries, as well. They've been on this trip, and had a great time !! Disclaimer / Refund Policy : All reservations must have the signed disclaimer / refund policy , located at the bottom of the reservation form, or the reservation won't be accepted. I, the signee of this reservation, understand & agree, that I am solely responsable for myself & those in my party, for, but not limited to, any accidents, injuries, burns, food illness, dismemberment, or even death, as well as any lost, stolen, or damaged items, as a result of participation, before, during, or after, this trip. I further agree that I, and all those in my party, surrender any and all rights to litigation, (legal action), against volcano express, or any other businesses or individuals, in any way involved with this trip, including those displaying information about the trip. I agree, that it is also my sole responsability to inform everyone in my party of this information, in order for them to change their mind about participation..Should they not want to participate, they may recieve a refund, only if the refund is within the boundries of the refund policy below, otherwise it is my own personal responsability to provide such refund, to those in my party, not volcano express, or any businesses or individuals, in any way connected to volcano express. I also understand thet if I, or anyone in my party, lose or forget the wristbands for the trip, that I/we are responsable for the re-purcgase of wristbands at full price, or I/we forfeit the right to be included on the trip. I, & my party, agree not to take legal action , against anyone involved with this trip, in any way, or at any time, for any reason, period. I further agree that volcano express reserves the right to make changes to this policy, and previous advertised prices, without prior contact or notification, at any time, without my, or my party's, consent, and will still surrender all rights to litigation, against said parties, at any time, for any reason, period. I, & my party, also agree that if we miss the buses, at any point during the weekend, that we must find alternate transportation, at our own discression & cost. I, & my party, further agree, that volcano express, and any persons involved with this weekend promotion, under direct instruction of volcano express, reserve the right to expel anyone, at any time, from this weekend's events for, but not limited to, possesion, sale, or distribution of, contraband or illeagal / controled substances, ( such as drugs), any acts of violence, threats of violence, volitile behavior, or unauthorized siezure, sale, or distribution of volcano express property, including food and beverage, without the express written & verbal consent of Rob Dyson or volcano express, at any time. I, & my party, further agree that Rob Dyson & volcano express, are not responsable for refunds, if I, or anyone in my party, are in any way dissatisfied with the amenities advertised, actually performed, or not performed, during this weekend's events, and agree that Rob Dyson & volcano express, reserve the right to cancel this event, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, if said parties deem necessary, due to, but not limited to, robbery, any kind of theft or fraud, (including identity theft), terrorist attacks, or unforseen cost increases or situations, which in any way may inhibit said parties to perform previousely advertised sales, purchases, agreements, or amenities, with or without possible refunds, if such situations occur, which are totally at the discression of Rob Dyson & volcano express. (Again, check us out with Buffett News, Jimmy Dreamz, and the Department of Consumer Protection of Wisconsin). We would not have been doing this, for over 10 years, if we were unlawful in any way. Yes, we realize, you are signing your lives away here. You should acknowlege that you've read, understand, and agree to this policy, by signing the bottom of your reservation form.   Refund Policy: In the event that this concert is cancelled, all money will be refunded, within 30 days after receit of money from Alpine Valley, TicketMaster, and all other entities involved. Refunds of individual cancellations by those who made reservations, but found that the concert date conflicts with their schedule, or another event, will be given out within 30 days of reciept of a written request for cancellation, if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the concert date. If a cancellation is requested in less than 60 days of the concert date, a refund will be given only after the purchased packages have been resold. If the packages can not be resold, there will be no refund. An attempt may be made to sell tickets from the package(s), and if successful, any money recovered would be sent as the refund, and the refund will be considered setteled. There will be no refunds considered for those who attend the event, for any reason,or for those who miss the buses. Although we do everything in our power to put on a good event, things do not always go as planned. We are not responsable for buses showing up late, or for people who miss the buses, at any point during the trip. We are not responsable for any entertainment performers who, for some reason, don't show up, and no refunds will be allowed for such a problem. All amenities advertised for this trip are made in good faith, and we are not responsable for outside influences affecting those amenities, thus no refunds will be considered for those situations. Again, we reserve the right to make exceptions, and changes, to our policies, at our own discression, without consent, or notification, at any time. Once again, sign the disclaimer / refund policy, at the bottom of your reservation, only if you understand, and agree to, all of the above stated policies.
